Appointments and services
Use the online booking system to request or schedule services. Availability is not guaranteed until Wix confirms the appointment. Any health, allergy, medication, pregnancy, skin condition, or other information needed for safe service must be accurate and current. Services are for wellness and cosmetic purposes and do not replace medical care.

Payments
Prices and service details appear on the website or at checkout. Wix or the payment provider shown at checkout processes payments. You authorize applicable charges when you complete a purchase. Taxes and approved fees may apply.

Cancellations, refunds, memberships, and gift cards
The policies displayed during booking, checkout, or purchase apply to that transaction. Contact Lavender Luxe Wellness promptly if you need to reschedule or have a payment question. Memberships, packages, promotions, and gift cards may have additional terms shown at purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
