Service Description
This maintenance service is designed to refresh existing builder gel while supporting nail health and balance. The service begins with careful removal of grown-out product, followed by detailed cuticle care and reshaping. Builder gel is reapplied to reinforce the nail, correct structure, and maintain durability. Nails are refined and finished smooth with your choice of color or a clean, natural look. This service helps extend the life of your builder gel manicure while keeping nails strong, balanced, and well maintained.
Cancellation Policy
Lavender Luxe Wellness and Skin Therapy Policies Booking and payment A valid card is required to schedule. By booking, you agree we may charge the card on file for policy fees and any unpaid balance. Payment is due at time of service unless stated otherwise. Tips are optional. Arrival and late policy Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may receive a shorter service so the next client is not impacted. A 20 dollar late fee may apply when lateness affects the schedule. If you arrive too late to safely complete the service, we may reschedule and cancellation fees may apply. Cancel and reschedule More than 48 hours: no fee. 24 to 48 hours: 25 dollar fee. Less than 24 hours: 40 dollar fee. No show: charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price. Groupon A 15 dollar scheduling service fee is due when the appointment is scheduled to hold the time. This fee is separate from the voucher. Reschedule with more than 48 hours notice: the fee may transfer one time. Cancel within 48 hours or no show: the fee is not refundable. Late cancellation and no show fees may also apply if allowed by the voucher terms. Vouchers cover only what is listed. Add ons and upgrades are paid at checkout. Health and readiness Tell us about changes in health, medications, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, or recent procedures. Please reschedule if you have a fever or contagious illness. Arrive clean and avoid heavy lotions or oils on treatment areas. Respect and safety This is a professional wellness space. Inappropriate behavior ends the session and the full service price may still be due. We may refuse or stop service if it is unsafe or a client appears impaired. Guests and minors Only the scheduled client is allowed in the treatment room unless approved in advance. Minors require a parent or legal guardian and written consent. Service animals are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Cleanliness and returns We follow strict cleaning and disinfection practices between clients. Unused, unopened retail items may be returned within 14 days with receipt. Services are final once performed. If something felt off, contact us within 48 hours. Acknowledgment By scheduling, you confirm you have read and agree to these policies.
