Cleanse: Ensure your lashes are clean and free of makeup, oils, and residue prior to your appointment. Appointment and Cancellation Policy: Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. Cancellation: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Health and Safety: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients. Refill Policy: If you have less than 60% of your lash extensions remaining, you will be charged the price of a full set of lash extensions. This ensures we can provide the highest quality and most consistent results.
