The Experience
This massage uses slow, steady pressure to reach tight layers of muscle and fascia. It is aimed at stubborn spots that keep you stiff or sore from work, workouts, or long drives. The goal is freer movement, fewer flare ups, and a calmer body feel that lasts. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort so you can relax while tight areas let go.
Targets: chronic muscle tension, firm knots, limited range of motion, upper back and neck strain, hip and low back tightness, post workout soreness
Ideal for: desk work and phone strain, frequent drivers, lifters and athletes, clients who want more focused pressure than a light relaxation session
What you will notice: easier head and shoulder turn, looser hips and back, a lighter step, and steady relief over the next day or two
Good next step after Swedish Therapy when: lighter pressure leaves tight spots behind or the same areas keep locking up by mid week
Not the best fit if: there is a fresh injury, fever, uncontrolled medical pain, or you are pregnant without provider clearance. In those cases, start with Swedish Therapy or ask first.
