Cancellation Policy
Pre-Appointment Guidelines: Consultation: Discuss any changes in your health, medication, or allergies with your therapist before your appointment. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your session to help with muscle relaxation. Cleanse: Ensure your body is clean and free of lotions or oils before your massage. Appointment and Cancellation Policy: Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. Cancellation: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
